TEF Grande Vitesse is not a subscription. Once you’ve bought the course, you will be given lifetime access, so you won’t ever need to worry about renewing it.
If you aim to get NCLC 7 in less than a month I recommend having at least a B1+ level (intermediate). However if you got plenty of time to prepare, you can enter no matter your level. It's better to start as soon as possible!
Yes. Since the differences existing between the different exams are not significant, my strategy will help you for this exam too.
